Mental health is a major contributor to many ills within society and research suggests the pandemic is deteriorating mental health for many. Unfortunately, churches appear to struggle with the same issues of stigma and silence that surround mental illness in the broader culture. In this episode, Jessica, Carla and Blake discuss the state of mental health in America before and during the pandemic and discuss how churches can respond.
